This Shipping Policy explains how Chelsea Charles (“we,” “us,” “our”) processes and ships orders placed through https://chelseacharles.com/.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 12 pm (EST) will be processed the next business day. During high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

For orders placed during peak holiday periods or promotions, please allow for additional processing time. 

Important:

  • All (ground shipping) orders placed during general business hours Monday-Friday will ship within 1-2 business days (with the exception of custom Love Tag orders or pre-orders).
  • For two-day shipping, orders must be placed by 12 pm (EST) to ship the same day. If a two-day order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Wednesday.
  • When placing an order, please double-check your shipping address information. We will not refund Expedited or Ground shipment charges due to incorrect addresses.
  • Please double-check your phone number and email address when purchasing so a member of our customer service team can reach you if we have any questions about your shipment, and so we can email you tracking information. 


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: United States
  • International: Selected international destinations
  • We do not ship to certain restricted locations, including regions with shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or compliance with legal regulations.

Please note that timeframes are estimates. Once the package is out of our possession and received by the Carrier, we have no control over when the package will arrive. We recommend signing up for Shop on our platform, where you can see your package transit (start to finish) in real-time for packages shipped within the USA. 


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping: Free US Economy Ground via USPS on all orders $65 and over.
  • Handling fees: $6.50 for orders under $65 via USPS Ground.
  • All prices are shown in USD.


5. International Shipping

International order pricing varies by location and will be calculated during checkout. Delivery times are estimated to be 1 and a half to 3 weeks, depending on location, but please note that delivery speed may vary. WE CANNOT CONTROL CUSTOMS TIME FRAMES. Once it is out of our possession and in the hands of the Common Carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes (customer responsibility for all duties and taxes applies to initial shipment as well as any returns/exchanges).


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates. If there are any discrepancies or issues, please contact us at customerservice@chelseacharles.com.

Please note that tracking details may not update immediately, particularly during high-volume shipping periods.


7. Delivery Issues & Delays

Chelsea Charles is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at: customerservice@chelseacharles.com. We will assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  • The original shipping costs may reduce refunds.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


10. Split Shipments

If your order is split into multiple packages due to product availability or size, you will receive separate tracking numbers. There are no additional charges for split shipments, and we’ll do our best to minimize any delays.

11. Returns & Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy.


12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Strikes
  • Government actions
  • Acts of terrorism

If such an event occurs, we will notify you of any delays and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.


13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. If significant changes are made, we’ll notify customers via email or a notice on our site. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated policy.
