Holiday Shipping Notes & Timelines

Our team realizes that receiving your holiday gifts on time is highest priority. We've added additional shipping options so you can choose the Carrier and timeline that works best for you. As always, all orders over $50 are FREE US Economy Ground via USPS. Our other holiday shipping options (and corresponding shipping timeframes) are below:

US Economy Ground USPS (5-7 business days) - Free on orders $50+

US Economy Ground USPS (5-7 business days) - $8.50 for orders under $50

US Standard Ground UPS (3-5 business days) -  $14.50

Expedited UPS or USPS (2 - day) - $29.00

Please note that timeframes are estimates. Once the package is out of our possession and received by the Carrier, we have no control over when the package will arrive. We recommend signing up for Shop on our platform where you can see your package transit (start to finish) in real-time.

Shipping Options at Time of Checkout (Domestic)

Chelsea Charles offers FREE US Ground Shipping via USPS on all orders $50 and over. Our US Economy Ground is $8.50 on orders under $50. 

We offer Expedited Two-Day Shipping via UPS or USPS for a flat rate of $29. Orders must be placed by 12 pm (EST) to ship same day as ordered. If a two-day order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, that order will be shipped on Monday for delivery Wednesday by end-of-day.

Shipping Options at Time of Checkout (International)

International order pricing varies by location and will be calculated during checkout. Delivery times are estimated to be 1 1/2-3 weeks depending on location, but please note that delivery speed may vary. WE CANNOT CONTROL CUSTOMS TIME FRAMES. Once it is out of our possession and in the hands of the Common Carrier the risk of loss passes to you. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes (customer responsibility for all duties and taxes applies to initial shipment as well as any returns/exchanges).

Important:

• All (ground shipping) orders placed during general business hours Monday-Friday will ship within 1-2 business days (with the exception of custom Love Tag orders or pre-orders).
• For two-day shipping, orders must be placed by 12 pm (EST) to ship same day as ordered. If a two-day order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, that order will be shipped on Monday for delivery Wednesday.
• When placing an order, please double-check your shipping address information. We will not refund Expedited or Ground shipment charges due to incorrect addresses.
• Please be sure to double check your phone number and email address when purchasing so that a member from our customer service team can reach you if we have a question regarding your shipment and to email you tracking.
